How early do you arrive?

I generally arrive at least two hours prior to the start time of the event, because the lighting and equipment takes some time to set up and sound-check.

Can we pick the music for the event?

Absolutely. First I hand out a packet with information about this, and we have a free consultation to talk about all the different music scenarios you may have in mind. I can play whatever music you’d like, and I will ask if you’d like me to take requests. I have music on demand, so if you decide to allow requests and somebody has one, I will get it.

Do you take requests?

Yes, but only at YOUR discretion. As mentioned above, I will ask you during our consultation if you’d like to allow requests. If you would, I can make that happen. If you have all the music planned ahead of time and do not wish to take requests, I will honor that also.

Do you provide a written contract?

Yes, I provide a contract. I will provide it during our consultation, along with a music packet to fill out.

Can you provide microphones for speeches, toasts, etc?

I do have wireless microphones, wired microphones, and lapel mics for officiants, etc.

Do you have backups for your equipment?

I do. I have very good equipment, but even if something were to go wrong with the sound board, I have backup plan in place.

How far in advance do we need to book?

There is no set time for this, as it’s just a matter of whether I’m already booked for the date you need. Some times of the year are busier than others for proms, weddings, etc, so don’t delay! The sooner you contact me, the sooner I can save the date for you.
